“Idiot.” The beautiful lady slapped his head and snarled. “Scan the planet first and determine the strongest combat ability of the inhabitants.”
“It’s an underdeveloped place. There aren’t any powerful martial warriors here,” muttered the young man with gla.s.ses.
“Say it again.” The beautiful lady gave him a cold look.
“Ugh… Leader, you got it wrong. I didn’t say a thing.” The fellow quickly put on a smiling face and turned on the s.p.a.cecraft’s scanning system to check on the planet.
!!
Some time later, results started to emerge.
“The strongest is a planetary-stage warrior. The natives are really weak.” The bearded man flashed a sinister grin.
“Varian, hack into their network system,” instructed Ren Gulan, their beautiful leader.
“Leader, they don’t have a network system,” replied Varian, the young man with gla.s.ses.
Ren Gulan’s face froze for a while. “Why didn’t you say so earlier?”
“I just found this out,” quickly offered the startled young man.
The handsome, brown-haired man looked at Varian, feeling at a loss. He knows our leader has a bad temper, but the guy keeps pus.h.i.+ng her b.u.t.tons. Does he think he’s lived long enough?
He’s asking for it!
“Why are you still standing there? Land on the planet already.” Ren Gulan scoffed.
“All right, all right.” Varian quickly maneuvered the s.p.a.cecraft and flew towards the nearby planet.
“Harrett, Billbrom, take some people with you and capture all the planetary stage warriors on the planet,” Ren Gulan ordered.
“Yes!”
The brown-haired man and the bearded fellow responded in unison.
Their expressions were relaxed, as if not taking the matter seriously, at all.
They were all celestial stage warriors. Mere planetary warriors were too weak for them and wouldn’t pose a threat to them in the least.
In fact, they only need one person to sweep through the whole planet. Still, they would never counter their leader’s orders.
Boom!
The s.p.a.cecraft landed above a lush forest, and strong gusts of wind crushed the trees below.
The star beasts in the forest were disturbed; they screamed in terror as they wildly ran for safety.
Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh…
Several figures rushed out of the s.p.a.cecraft, their bodies radiating power. It was Ren Gulan and her men.
The brown-haired Harrett took a deep breath and exclaimed, “What fresh air, what a rich source of light force. This planet is a huge treasure trove.”
“Untapped riches.” The bearded Billbrom laughed.
He grabbed forward, and a fleeing star beast was captured by an invisible force; it floated in front of him while struggling in fear.
The creature was a snow-white rabbit, about three meters high and a meter wide. It was a fat one.
Harrett glanced at it and his eyes twinkled. “This star beast is a light element planetary disciple.”
“Yes, there are light element star beasts all around. This one alone would be enough to fetch us a hundred thousand Universe coins or so,” Billbrom said cheerfully.
Ren Gulan walked over and touched the rabbit’s head. The creature was so frightened it was completely still, not daring to resist.
All the people present thought they had seen a ghost, watching Ren Gulan act like that.
Does this vile woman actually like rabbits?
Sure enough, no woman can refuse cute animals.
“We shall eat braised rabbits tonight,” Ren Gulan ordered.
Everyone: …
That’s how our leader would act!
It was ridiculous for them to even entertain the idea she had a soft spot for cute animals. They were too naive.
The rabbit trembled. Although unable to understand Ren Gulan’s words, it seemed to perceive something and felt uncomfortable.
“What are you doing? Go.” Ren Gulan ordered.
“Yes!” everyone immediately responded.
Afterwards, figures soared into the sky and rushed towards the distance, disappearing in the blink of an eye.
Ren Gulan grabbed hold of the rabbit and returned to the s.p.a.cecraft.
Varian hurriedly followed behind and asked, “Leader, where are we going now?”
“Head to the area where light force is densest; that should be the most important part of the planet,” Ren Gulan said.
The s.p.a.cecraft headed in a different direction.
The local vegetation was lush, almost covering 70% of the planet’s surface. It was br.i.m.m.i.n.g with life, the natives live scattered in forests, where their tribes bloomed.
In the depths of the largest forest on the planet—there was a place considered their holy land!
It was a towering mountain!
There was a dense forest at the foot of the mountain, which was layered and shrouded in mist. All kinds of exotic flowers and plants grew there; fragrances were pervasive, streams were flowing. The place looked like a fairyland.
There were many strange wooden buildings in the middle of the forest, either built on trees, between rocks or hidden amongst flowers. The sight was peculiar and unique.
There were many sphere-like figures with white fur covering their bodies, shuttling among the exotic flowers and plants with innocent looks.
A peaceful scene!
No one knew that a disaster was about to befall them.
Suddenly, a black shadow in the distance flew straight over and stopped to hover right next to the mountain.
