Chapter 59: Less mouth to feed The forest itself screamed in pain. The fire powered by the Divine Power was laying waste to all living things and forests alike, and the entire forest was on fire.

It was a victory. At least Grava wasn"t going to do anything against Dohyuk for a while, yet he ran out toward the burning forest. He didn"t know why, but there was something inside that was driving him.
>
[…and so G.o.d infiltrated the city of the G.o.d of Sun alone, took the Divine Object forcefully, and killed the High Priest…]
Dohyuk then realized from the record of what he had done had given him a new "Divine Power".

He ran as his instinct drove him. The burning trees fell on the pathway, which he kicked away and eventually got to his destination.
"…It"s big."
There was a tree the size of a building, and among all the burning trees around him, this one was only one that wasn"t burning.
-You should think twice on what you are trying to…
He heard a voice coming to him, proving that this tree was in fact, very important to this region itself.
Dohyuk replied, "Shut up."
He didn"t have Aruga"s sun rays here, but it didn"t matter anymore.
"Eat it all you want."
His body instantly erupted in flames.
>
>
-W-what is that!
"How do you like it? Do you think I"m still cheating?"
Dohyuk walked toward the tree.
"Listen carefully. Oh, and tell your friends if you get a chance."
He then punched the tree. The tree immediately caught on fire, spreading quickly.
-N-no! The forest will be burned down!
"I am not your toy."
Grava wanted to do something. He couldn"t lose part of his "bet" in this world, but there was nothing he could do. He was already using his power to put out the other fires around the forest. Besides, he never thought his "Divine Tree" would get burned. Only a fire from the divine being that used fire would have burned his tree. Even then, there was no way that another G.o.d would directly attack him as G.o.ds weren"t supposed to attack each other.
But Yoo Dohyuk-
"This is only the beginning."
Dohyuk did not fear the G.o.ds one bit.
"I will burn, destroy, or kill anything you all have brought upon this world."
No voice responded as the tree had burned to ashes. The forest began to crumble at once. The fire was already big enough to burn the whole forest, but it was Grava"s power that was holding it in place.
"…I hope you feel like c.r.a.p at least."
Dohyuk then glanced around. There were trees falling from all directions, so he needed a place to hide. He then saw the burnt tree which still had its shape. The roots had been uprooted out of the ground and he was able to run underneath.
"…Huh?" Dohyuk was surprised. There was an orb shining with green light.
>
-That"s a shame.
Aruga, who seemed to be pleased, spoke as if it were pitiful.
"What."
-That tree could"ve been yours. Well, you still had to meet a few more conditions though.
The G.o.ds did fight against each other sometimes. It was just that their followers would fight for them instead. The fights lasted until either side lost their control over their respective regions.
-If you take the G.o.dly Item that symbolizes the city, when a G.o.d loses against another Divine Power in their city, then the ownership of the region is transferred over to the winner.
"Oh," Dohyuk understood right away, "So, that"s how I took your city."
"Have you forgotten that?"
Aruga began shouting angrily at Dohyuk, but Dohyuk ignored it and turned to the G.o.dly Item he just received.
>
[Skill Book that contains various skills of the G.o.d of Sun, Aruga, when he strived to be the best in the trials. Book 5.]
[Vanishes when used]
[G.o.dly Item]
[Requires permission from the G.o.d of Sun]
"Since I have this…"
Dohyuk then looked around.
"I can take this city as mine if I beat you here again?"
-You b.a.s.t.a.r.d!
The book then began to change.
[G.o.dly Item]
[Requires permission from the G.o.d of Sun ]
It disappeared.
-Do you think I am a fool to let you do that? I already chose something else to serve the city as the G.o.dly Item!"
"That"s a b.u.mmer."
Dohyuk responded casually and read the book.
>
"You…"
Dohyuk placed his hand on his head as his head ached from the vast amount of information rushing into his mind. He then searched through the memories of the skills and spoke.
"What is this?"
-How do you like it?! Isn"t it wonderful? It"s a million times better than your pitiful kick skill….
Aruga began to speak proudly, but Dohyuk wasn"t too happy.
"This…"
It was definitely a powerful skill, but it didn"t suit him. It was too different from his current fighting style that he had been using for his survival.
"I"ll go now."
He then came down from the altar. There were about 3000 people waiting for him below. They had already decided to follow Dohyuk.
"Let"s go to my place."
Dohyuk spoke and most people burst into laughter and cheered. However, not everyone was all that hopeful. Some were worried about receiving retaliation from the Circle while some thought Dohyuk was just lying to them.
-Hmph. So, you have a good amount of people of your own now.
Aruga spoke to him as they walked out of the city.
-Do you think you can handle them all?
Dohyuk"s city had enough s.p.a.ce to house thousands, even tens of thousands, but there wasn"t enough food.
-I know you did dig up a lot of food but…
There was a limit to that. The city had no electricity, and there was too little food in storage. The city did have farmland and tools from the Katla days, but wishing for people to farm for themselves was unrealistic at this point.
-I will help you.
Aruga spoke to him slyly.
-If you think you can"t feed them all… pick out half and send them to me. I give them food, but in turn, I will get their labor. I can give you a good amount of coins for that and you will have fewer mouths to feed. What do you think?
Fewer mouths to feed.
That"s what Aruga thought of as the best way to handle this. If Dohyuk couldn"t handle all these people, Aruga would take them in and use them until they died.
-Consider this as a piece of advice. You need a small sacrifice to save the greater good.
Dohyuk then stopped and looked up.
"Okay."
-Hahaha! You have chosen w…
"Why don"t we have a bet then?"
-What?
"I think I can prove it to you."
Dohyuk then glanced at the words that had popped up a while ago from the corner of his eyes.
>
"Your gibberish is all but a piece of c.r.a.p. I can"t bear to listen to it anymore."
-Y-you…!
His genesis was not finished recording yet. Dohyuk thought he knew why.
"If you"re scared, stop talking nonsense and shut the f*ck up."
The story still needed to reach a climax - not just to these people, but even to this disgusting G.o.d of Sun.
"Are you in?"
