Chapter 67: Madman

Jiang Yi was currently indignant in his heart. The two of them had already kept the token and got ready to head into the rock formation. They didn’t even cast a look at Jiang Yi as if he didn’t exist.
“Hey. Are the two of you planning to leave like this?” Jiang Yi let out a breath and suppressed his anger as he asked.
The two of them paused and swept a look at Jiang Yi while mocking him, “Why? Are you going to make us stay?”
The two of them looked like they were older than Jiang Yi. One of them was tall, and other was short; but they were both dressed splendidly. It was obvious that they weren’t from any ordinary clan, and they were both at the seventh stage of the Cast Tripod Realm, which was why they naturally disregarded Jiang Yi.
Jiang Yi shrugged his shoulders and replied calmly, “Make you stay? I don’t have this ability to do so. But that token belongs to me, right? Is it really good that you are s.n.a.t.c.hing it like that?”
“Hmph!”
The short youth snorted, “Why does it belong to you? Did you slay the demonic beast? Had it not been for us, could you slay the beast? Get lost! Any more nonsense, and I shall cripple you!”
“Very well.”
Jiang Yi laughed from the extreme anger. His expression turned cold as he stated, “Since you guys are so domineering, I can only raise my grievances to a mentor. Hurhur, I just saw a patrolling mentor over there. Even if I have to withdraw from the Blood Purge, I will drag both of you along with me.”
As he said, Jiang Yi furious retreated. As he turned around, his expression was permeated with killing aura. Essence force was circulating around the Green Destiny Sword in his hand, too—preparing to attack at any time.
Sure enough!
The expressions of the two youths changed instantly as they glared at Jiang Yi before bursting towards him. The shorter youth shouted as he sprinted, “Brat, since you are so ignorant, then this Young Master shall help your parents to educate you. I shall let you understand what does it mean for a wise man to submit to circ.u.mstances.”
“Swis.h.!.+”
The two figures skimmed over like a violent gale, each thrusting at Jiang Yi’s left and right shoulders with their white radiating long sword. It was obvious that these swords were of the same artifact level of the Green Destiny Sword.
The fish took the bait!
Jiang Yi grinned with glistening eyes. As the long swords were approaching him, his foot suddenly slipped; and he toppled forward, seemingly tripping over due to panic. The mocking smiles on the two youths became even worse, but it didn’t seem like a good time to attack now. After all, Jiang Yi was currently tumbling; and they might accidentally kill him.
“Bang!”
Just as Jiang Yi’s body was about to fall to the ground, he used a single hand to push himself off the ground. As he spun around with great speed, he grasped a dozen stones and shot them out like flying blades. Jiang Yi shouted with killing aura, “Watch out for my highly toxic killer poison!”
“Ah?”
Within Jiang Yi’s expectations, their expressions changed as they saw numerous black shadows flying towards them. The two of them didn’t bother what it was and began to instinctively brandish their swords to protect their bodies.
Jiang Yi’s body moved as he darted straight at them. As he was about three meters away from them, he released the Phantom Punch; his right arm turned into three arms and his Green Destiny Sword turned into three swords. He thrust the three swords at the taller youth on the left, and his targets were obviously the opponent’s head, heart, and crotch.
“Clang Clang!”
Just as the tall youth was trying to deflect the stones, Jiang Yi’s Green Destiny Sword was already approaching. When he saw the three surreal swords thrusting at him, his eyes were immediately filled with fear. If any of those swords thrust into his body, death would be the only thing awaiting him.
He couldn’t stop his long sword now as he continued to brandish the sword to shroud his body while retreating frantically. As long as he could avoid and withstand this wave of attack, Jiang Yi would be defeated by their two-p.r.o.nged attack.
“He!”
Seeing his comrade in danger, the shorter youth immediately thrust his sword which looked like a poison dragon at Jiang Yi. As he was anxious, he didn’t notice the cold smirk on Jiang Yi’s mouth as Jiang Yi looked at him with a side glance.
“Hiss Hiss!”
Jiang Yi’s three arms suddenly vanished along with the three thrusting Green Destiny Swords. His body—which was supposed to dash forward—suddenly paused, and he forcefully squatted down, brandis.h.i.+ng the Green Destiny Sword upwards at the shorter youth’s long sword. His legs acted as steel whips, sweeping at the shorter youth’s legs.
“Bang!”
Without any hesitation, Jiang Yi suddenly changed his moves. The shorter youth didn’t expect it as his legs were in pain, and his body fell over. Before he even had time to scream, Jiang Yi’s legs were sending out a flurry of kicks, easily disarming the long sword in his hands. Jiang Yi then viciously stomped on his chest, pointing the green glowing short sword at his face.
“Huh…”
In the blink of an eye!
These series of maneuvers took only a few blinks of the eye to complete. Once that tall youth stopped backing off, his eyes were filled with astonishment. He couldn’t understand why Jiang Yi, who was at the fifth stage of the Cast Tripod Realm, could effortlessly takedown his comrade.
In his perspective, Jiang Yi didn’t do much but used plenty of strategy during this short period of time. He first provoked the two of them, causing them to lose their cool. Then he acted as though he fell to lower their guards. He used the stones as hidden weapons to put them in a state of panic and finally put on a bluff to misdirect his true attack.
Everything came unexpectedly to the two youths but was all within the calculations of Jiang Yi. With Jiang Yi’s insane reactions, how could the two of them not be defeated? Jiang Yi merely didn’t want to waste his black essence force; if not, he would have been able to severely injured one of them and took down the other.
Jiang Yi ignored the tall youth who was still in a daze. He cast his cold glare at the one underneath his foot and spoke indifferently, “A wise man to submit to circ.u.mstances? I wonder if you are a wise man. If you are smart enough, you know what to do right?”
“Hmph!”
The short youth was rather unyielding. Feeling the pain in his chest, he didn’t utter a single shout of pain. He viciously stared at Jiang Yi and roared, “You brat. Kill me if you dare.”
“Hiss Hiss!”
Jiang Yi’s short sword abruptly swung down, the extreme speed made the short youth’s eyes dazzle. It frightened him so much that all his hair stood on the ends because Jiang Yi’s short sword was glimmering all around his head. If there was a mishap, half his head would be taken off.
As Jiang Yi’s blade stopped, the short youth felt some refres.h.i.+ng breeze at this head while the distant tall youth gasped.
Pow! Pow! Pow!
Jiang Yi bent over his body to increase the weight on his leg, and he used the Green Destiny Sword to slap on the short youth’s face. He then asked again, “What would you think if I shaved off all the hair at your pelvic area? Would you be a bit smarter?”
The short youth felt a s.h.i.+ver at his crotch as cold sweat trickled down his forehead. His eyes flickered as he clenched his teeth and replied, “I will return the token to you. We admit defeat this time.”
The tall youth immediately nodded in agreement and then tossed over the black-colored token that they s.n.a.t.c.hed from Jiang Yi. Receiving the token with a single hand, Jiang Yi didn’t loosen his foot and looked at the tall youth with s.h.i.+mmering eyes instead. He scoffed, “Give me all the tokens that you have. Hand over all your purple gold, martial skills, elixirs, and everything, too! I am feeling rather generous now; if not, the two of you can go off the mountain b.u.t.t-naked.”
“You are dreaming, you…”
The short youth suddenly got nervous as he bellowed, but he abruptly stopped his sentence. Because Jiang Yi didn’t hesitate—for one moment—as he thrust his Green Destiny Sword at his crotch. This thrust wasn’t a bluff; it was aimed at his private part as it pierced through his robe. Half the short sword buried into the ground—had it just steered off slightly, he was going to be a eunuch 1for the rest of his life.
“Give it to him. Give him everything!”
The short youth felt the cooling breeze on his crotch and frantically shouted. He looked at Jiang Yi’s indifferent smile, thinking that it was much more horrifying than a devil.
This was a madman. He couldn’t afford to play around with a madman and didn’t dare to either.
