Chapter 826: G.o.ddess Of Oblivion Part 2
Kana put all her concentration into sucking in all the chaos energy she could. With one hand on the huge ma.s.s of chaos and the other slapping any chaos beings that came near her taking in their energy as well. "You b.a.s.t.a.r.d! How dare you steal this King"s power!"
"This is all your fault, to begin with. If you did not get greedy and stayed quiet, you wouldn"t be getting your own power stolen from you. You only have yourself to blame." Kana replied as she clenched the ma.s.s of chaos and pulled hard. The seal on the stone shattered, causing the old man to cry out. But at the same time, another scream came from within the seal as well. "No, stop! I do not want to die like this!"
"What are you doing!? You will set him fr….." The old man"s voice got stuck in his throat as he watched the scene in front of him. Kana had hold of the chaos and was flying up into the air. The chaos was being drawn into her at an astonis.h.i.+ng speed. At the same time, a huge being was pulled straight out from the seal and turned into a river of chaos that surged towards Kana.
Kana currently had her eyes closed with a small smile on her face. The chaos energy was wrapping around her, forming a coc.o.o.n. She had never felt so comfortable before. It was as if something she had lost long ago was now being returned. Right at the moment her entire body was engulfed in chaos, time seemed to have stopped as an ancient voice filled the skies.
{Initializing…}
{Initializing Protocol Oblivion System....}
{Oblivion System Reintegration Now Commencing….}
"What!?" The old man stared at Kana, who was engulfed in a coc.o.o.n of chaos in disbelief. He had no idea what was going on. He had no idea what this Oblivion System even was. "Just what is going on!? I never created any of this."
{Answering G.o.d Of Creation"s Query…..}
{The Oblivion System stands above all. Host Nagano Kana has always been part of the system. What had once vanished has now returned. The dawn of everything is upon us once more.}
"The dawn of everything?" The old man did not understand any of it. He never heard of any of this.
{The dawn of everything…. From time immemorial, there existed only one.}
"Are you telling me that everything will disappear if she fully integrates with this Oblivion System!?" The old man yelled out with clenched fists. He did not wish to kill his heir. Not Kana. Not the girl who he had watched grow for so long.
{What the future holds is only up to the host, Nagano Kana….}
The old man let out a sigh of relief hearing this. He knew Kana well. More than she knew herself. He knew how much she loved her family and friends. She was a lover of life and peace. If she really did become someone who could stand at the top, then she would really be more than he could ever imagine. Maybe she could bring this realm of his and the many others that exist together. A place where peace prevailed.
The more he thought about it, the more he felt that this was a good thing. Now he was antic.i.p.ating what Kana would do as time went on. Will she make a world of peace, or will she try to destroy it all? He shook his head at his last thought. "Kana would never try to destroy every th…."
"AHAHAHAHAHA! The great Kana is back! I will now destroy the world!" A loud yell came from above the old man. He looked up to see the coc.o.o.n of chaos was now gone. What stood in the air looking no different from before except for her eyes that were as dark as night but s.h.i.+mmered with stars was Kana with a big smile on her face as she stood in the sky making a cat pose.
The old man"s face palmed as he looked at the d.a.m.n girl in the sky. "Can you not give this old man a heart attack!?"
"Huh? But I thought it was pretty cool, no!?" Kana asked as she flew down. But as she did, it was as if the air around her parted to make way for her existence. While it did not seem like anything really changed about her. The aura around her was nothing the old man had ever felt before. It felt ancient and oppressive. It was as if she was one with everything, and everything was one with her. And when you gazed into her eyes, it felt as if she was the only existence. As if you yourself were nothing.
When he thought this way, he realized that was the only way he could describe it. Kana had become nothingness. "Hey! Old man! You okay?" Kana asked as she waved her hands back and forth in front of the old man. She herself did not feel much different from before. But she did feel much stronger. Her status screen has also registered that she had evolved with a few upgrades as well…
