Spending My Retirement In A Game

Chapter 352

Surrounded by his golems, Eisen made his way further toward the ruined city, trying to make sure he had all monsters in front of him in mind with the help of his Magic Sight. Soon enough, it seemed like two incredibly large Lizardmen stood in front of the entrance to the area.

At least that was their main characteristics, but neither of them seemed to be full Lizardmen. One of them had a fur covering its stomach, while the other one had whiskers and a different facial shape to usual lizardmen. And the moment that they saw Eisen and the Goelms, they grabbed the weapons they had stuck in their tattered clothes and sprinted toward him.

"Tank." Eisen said with a frown, and immediately, the largest of the Golems stepped forward and began to run toward them, before slamming his tower s.h.i.+eld against both of the two monsters, before swinging his Greatsword toward them and cutting them up, before Deeded jumped in as well and did her best to finish the two of them off.

"Hm, that went pretty well, now didn"t it?" Eisen muttered to himself and squatted down in front of the monsters before grabbing a knife from his Leather Ap.r.o.n to cut the Mana-Crystals out of their chests, before storing them inside of the storage-module in Tank"s back, all the whilst rubbing the coin around his neck.

And swiftly, they moved on to make their way deeper into the town. Some of the ruined houses had been turned into places for the different monsters to live in, apparently, and Eisen did his best not to disturb them too much. In the end, he really only wanted to kill the monsters that attacked him and the Golems first, especially after seeing some of the younger monsters.

They didn"t really have a civilization there, but nonetheless, these monsters were far smarter than the ones on the mainland, and through that it seemed like there were more of them that were harmless. In this situation, it was actually Eisen that felt like a monster attacking a village of regular people.

But then again, Eisen could see some of them doing horrible things, like violently ripping each other"s bodies apart, trying to violate other monsters, and the things that angered Eisen most, them trying to kill or eat the children. And whenever Eisen could see this, or they were actively attacking him, he didn"t hesitate much either.

With just a single word, his Golems would move and start attacking others for him. He didn"t seem to get as much experience as he would when killing the monsters himself, but it seemed like he got a majority of it at the very least.

And with his Golems made of Pure steel, none of the monsters had much of a chance anyway, especially because Tank was able to stand in their way. And then if the Golems got Damaged, Supp reacted and somehow immediately repaired them with his support magic which had apparently somewhat changed to be useable on the Golems as well.

Either way, at the end of the day, Eisen was able to leasurely step through the ruined town at a slow pace. And soon, he reached an area that was quite different to the area before the closer Eisen got to the center of the ruined town. Everything was much cleaner, some of the buildings seemed to be paritally repaired, and the monsters had risen in strength a fair bit and were now high-level Rank 4 monsters.

But that didn"t mean much in the face of Eisen"s Golems, especially when his Golemancy Skill ranked up and gave the Golems better control over their bodies. And from then on, it seemed like the Monsters were carrying small amounts of precious gems with them, although Eisen didn"t really know the reason behind it. He simply placed them into Tank"s storage module without thinking about it much.

It wasn"t until a few hours later that Eisen reached what seemed to be something like a town-square, and Eisen encountered a new type of Monster in this town.

They were far more humanoid in general, and their equipment was of a much higher quality as well. On top of that, some were even riding on wolf-like monsters and preparing to attack Eisen and the Golems with what seemed like a proper tactic.

One of the Monsters, the seemingly strongest one, raised its spear forward toward Eisen and then yelled something out, and all of the monsters now surrounding Eisen immediately started sprinting toward him and the Golems.

"Croco." Eisen said with a light sigh, and immediately the Armored-Witch Jumped onto her Broom and flew into the air, starting to create a magic circle over the town square. It took a while to finish, but while she was working on it, the other Golems got to work as well.

Supp was strengthening his fellow Golems, Tank was holding off and pus.h.i.+ng back the vanguard, Deedee was just running around the place cutting apart whatever Monster she could get a hold of, while Ranger shot some arrows at the monsters hiding in different parts of the ruined buildings, and Eisen tried his best to remember where exactly each of the arrows ended up so that he could gather them again later.

But that got a bit hard when Eisen suddenly started paying attention to the vibrating spheres he had bound to his back again, which had definitely sped up to vibrating about every 4 seconds. And now that Eisen payed attention to them once, they would be stuck in his mind for another hour or until something else big happened that managed to get his mind off of it.

However, none of what was going on right now was "Big", or able to get Eisen"s mind off of any of it, he was just feeling tired of this. Not that he was bored, this was incredibly exciting, but on the other hand, it wasn"t. In the back of his mind, Eisen always had a tiny thought of "Why am I doing this?", and he had no idea how to get rid of that thought.

But soon enough, the fight was over, and Eisen started to make his way around the area to gather the mana-crystals and arrows again, before the old man and his Golems continued to move on toward the center of the ruined town.

And another few hours later, Eisen pushed through to what seemed to be a castle, and then he sent a message to the other groups to let them know that he probably found the place they were looking for. At the very least, there was a small crystal giving off the same type of mana as Dungeon Core inside of there.

A little while later, the most important groups finally gathered where Eisen told them to, but the old man just stood there in a bit of a haze, just staring in front of himself quietly.

"Erm, you good?" Brody asked with a frown, and with that, Eisen immediately snapped out of it. "Huh? Oh yeah, I"m fine. I was just feeling a bit tired, that"s all." The old man said with a wry smile, and Brody nodded his head without hesitation.

"Yeah, you can say that again! I was watching over those brats all of yesterday and I started feeling so… Exhausted all of a sudden. Shouldn"t have run outta Stamina for the day yet though, and my energy ain"t exhausted either, so it"s weird." Brody replied while seemingly scratching some dirt off of his horns, and Eisen just nodded his head with a frown.

Hopefully this was an island belonging to an important G.o.d, because he really, really wanted to speak to one of them

After a little while, once the Originals gathered, they stepped forward toward the large gate of the Castle, and each of them got a notification.

[You are about to enter the s.p.a.ce of a Boss. Only six people can enter at a time. When either side is annihilated, the door will open again]

"Six people? Well, this is a pain in the a.s.s, then…" Brody said with a complaining sigh, and Eisen just ended up shrugging. "We"ll be fine. It says six "People". The five of us plus whatever is connected to us. So Jyuuk"s Monsters and Undead, my Golems and monsters, and one more person can come along." The old man pointed out, so Brody shrugged.

"Yeah, but who should we take along then?" Xenia asked with a frown, so Eisen started to look around and quickly found the other half of his group, before he made his way toward them with a smile on his face, looking down at Sky.

"Hey, we"re going to need your help." Eisen told Sky with a smile, and the others immediately looked at Eisen confused. "Wait, you need just Sky"s help? What about us?" Kiron asked, seemingly kind of hurt, and Eisen slowly nodded.

"I"m sorry, only six people can enter, and I would like to use Sky"s World of Ink to turn it into a place for our advantage. The Town core is inside of there, so after we take it over, I"ll create another Core Guardian for it that we can hopefully leave the task of overseeing the reconstruction of town to. Then we"re going to make some plans and travel to the next island. There, we"ll fight together again, don"t worry." Eisen told Kiron with a smile, and with a frown, the half Dragon just nodded his head and turned around, stepping away without another word, but Eisen just stood there, unsure how to react.

"…Well..? Sky, can you come along? You won"t need to fight much, but we don"t know what it looks like in there, so it would be a good help to have you with us." Eisen said, trying to move on for now, and then Scratched the back of his neck as he looked at his Golems with a weird feeling in his stomach, and then looked back at Sky who just slowly nodded his head and followed the old man back to the large gate at the front of the castle:

The spheres Eisen was carrying were basically going crazy at this point, but the old man just chose to ignore that as well. He really didn"t know why he was feeling so lethargic all of a sudden, but the other originals seemed to be in a similar mindset. All of them were pretty tired, although Evalia was the most awake out of all of them and still seemed pretty energetic for the most part.

And when Eisen returned with Sky, the six of them, plus entourage in the form of monsters or golems, made their way inside of the room, which turned out to be a throne-room of sorts, but it had five seats on the other side, all of them having one monster seated inside of them, although only one seemed to be in total command of everything.

Quickly, Eisen inspected all of them one after another.

[High-Kobold Lord][Rank - 4][Level - 99]

[t.i.tles] -[Island Commander]

[High-Goblin Lord][Rank - 4][Level - 99]

[High-Ratman Lord][Rank - 4][Level - 99]

[HP - 20000][MP - 20000]

[t.i.tles] -[Island Commander]

[High-Lizardman Lord][Rank - 4][Level - 99]

[HP - 40000][MP - 5000]

[Half-Dragon][Rank - 5][Level - 15]

[HP - 50000][MP - 50000]

[t.i.tles] -[Island Boss]

"Oh?" Eisen muttered with a frown, and then looked to the others after noticing that none of the monsters seemed to want to attack just yet. "High-Race Lords for the four different types of races in this town. Rank 4, level 99, each of them. Then the one in the middle is a Half-Dragon, Rank 5, Level 15." The old man explained, and they all snapped their necks in his direction. "Rank 5? Are you kidding me?" Brody asked confused, and the old man nodded his head.

"Those are… What, supposed to be Roughly Level 160 to 200? And a Boss at that? Do you guys think we can really beat all of them at once?" Evalia asked a bit worried, and Eisen once more nodded his head in response.

"Of course we can. But first, let me try something else." The old man told them, slowly stepping forward toward five of the strongest monsters he had seen so far.
