Chapter 406: Their Review Materials

“Do you mind explaining to us how this session is arranged so we can follow?”

Everyone felt a little bit embarra.s.sed when they saw him being so polite. A few of the students ducked their heads, not bothering to escalate this issue any further.

Yang Nian’s att.i.tude was quite good even from the beginning. Not only was he open to helping the other students, but he was also very polite.

They didn’t have a bad impression of him.

Xi Yan quickly explained the mechanics of a self-study session as well as the benefits of having such a cla.s.s.

!!

A few of the exchange students couldn’t help but frown in disbelief. However, they didn’t show much of their displeasure, given that Yang Nian was present.

Even then, they still can’t help but feel that this model was useless.

No wonder their grades were so bad!

Since the self-study had started, Yan Wei continued to sit on the stool. She crossed her arms over her chest, but she had no intention of leaving.

However, she was still outraged.

If it weren’t for Yao Tang, she wouldn’t have been forced to apologize!

Yang Nian, however, wasn’t paying attention to her. Instead, he couldn’t help but be interested in their self-study session. This was the first time he had heard of it.

He glanced over at the test papers the other students of Cla.s.s 20. were working on. He couldn’t help but feel a little bit curious on his end.

If he knew anything, it’s that the foundation of their cla.s.s was exceptionally weak. It wouldn’t do any of them good to blindly answer these practice test papers.

After all, they were at the bottom of the grade.

Yet, in the last two months, their cla.s.s results had significantly improved.

Was this due to their self-study cla.s.ses?

However, if their foundation weren’t good, wouldn’t this mean that they’d just get these practice tests wrong? It wouldn’t make sense for them to keep continue doing tests. They’d have to know the theory behind them.

Except, the test papers they had made were all created to address their weaknesses.

But did they really have the time to address this?

No matter how much Yang Nian had thought about it, he couldn’t find the reason why their results had improved this quickly. He pursed his lips.

This was actually one of the reasons why he stayed, to find out why.

After waiting for them to finish the first set, Yang Nian sat back and observe the students as they all asked each other some questions.

There were even others who’d directly ask Yao Tang.

He furrowed his eyebrows.

Just then, he heard Yan Wei’s voice sound from beside him.

“I’m sorry, I just have to ask, where did you get our review materials? They’re from the International Middle School, are they not?”

Everyone glanced at Yan Wei to see that she had a review book pulled out from her bag. She waved it around before motioning it to the papers they were holding.

She had wanted to look around casually at first, but she didn’t expect to see the distinctive watermark that was pasted in every single one of them.

It was weird.

Yan Wei, at first, didn’t think much of it, but the more she looked around, the more she saw similar review materials.

Even Li Ruo couldn’t help but gasp. “They’re all from International Middle School!”

“The papers from our school can’t be copied or sold without the administration’s permission. Why do you have so many of them stacked inside this cla.s.sroom?”

She gazed at them strangely.

Xi Yan couldn’t help but be confused herself.

The papers from International High School were rarely on the market, yet all her students were using them.

Yang Nian’s face turned serious.

Taking out his phone, he sent out the message, before receiving a reply.

“The latest version of our review materials only had 112 copies.”

“68 review materials are in Beijing, meaning there are no more than 44 test papers in other parts of the country,” he quickly relayed the information to his cla.s.smates.
