Chapter 12 The Extreme Level of Martial Arts

Chapter 12 The Extreme Level of Martial Arts

The village of Riluo, with a history spanning nearly twenty years, had become a ruin, where the bandits of Sheya Cave and the followers of the Cult of the Devil scattered and fought fiercely. The followers of the Cult of the Devil were extremely cruel and merciless, even when they were practicing martial arts. Although their strength was superior to that of the bandits of Sheya Cave, the quant.i.ty of the bandits was more than doubled. As time went by, they were gradually at a disadvantage.

In the center of it all, Di Hongtian, the Blood Killer, and the master of Sheya Cave were busy fighting each other fiercely. n.o.body dared to draw close, not even the followers of the Cult of the Devil or the bandits of Sheya Cave.

The Blood Killer and the master of Sheya Cave were both top pract.i.tioners with real vitality that had been released. Any move from them would bring an unimaginable force upon everyone.

Boom!

With a sudden split, the sword in Di Hongtian’s hand was like a flood roaring down from a mountain and the real vitality released was impacted and thrust aside in rippling layers.

Clang!

The Sword Zhongfeng split against the claws of the master of Sheya Cave to push it back. He was going to follow up the victory with further attacks, but a b.l.o.o.d.y hand stretched out for the Sword Zhongfeng in his hand, so he was forced to change his moves and step back.

He had no sooner changed his moves than the master of Sheya Cave grasped the sword blade once again with his palm clad in iron scales.

 “Get out!”

He had just intended to seize the sword; the Blood Killer slammed his red palms against his face again.

The three of them were involved in entangled fighting. Although the Blood Killer and the master of Sheya Cave had helped Di Hongtian to stop the other from seizing the sword, they still aimed at the Sword Zhongfeng. Di Hongtian was naturally under great pressure. After several exchanges of moves, he seemed to be in danger.

“It turned out to be the Cult of the Devil and the bandits of Sheya Cave, unexpectedly. . . ” He slightly frowned.

The martial arts of the Cult of the Devil included one move called the Yizi Thunderbolt, which could emit lightning and thunder when being practiced; however, the slaughter in the Sword Villa had almost nothing to do with the Cult of the Devil.

The followers of the Cult of the Devil were extremely cruel and merciless. They would never deny it if they had really done it.

The bandits of Sheya Cave had entrenched themselves in Fengshui County for a long time. They seldom appeared in other counties since it was far away from the Sword Villa. Moreover, although those of the Sheya Cave were not weak, it was still impossible for them to eliminate the Sword Villa with only their own strength.

The two forces had only come for the Sword Zhongfeng and it shouldn’t have anything to do with the ma.s.sacre at the Sword Villa, which made him feel a little regretful.

He continuously challenged various known clans of the martial arts without covering up his own ident.i.ty, so that he would be well-known in the world and attract attention of the forces hidden in the dark.

On the night when the Sword Villa was eliminated, the sky was full of golden light and a thunderstorm. With the growth of his cultivation, he was sure that the golden light was emitted from the Golden Sword triggered by the powerful pract.i.tioner in the Sword Villa. As for that lightning, it must have been the work of a powerful martial art that could deal with the forces of lightning.

When he was at an early age, a riot had broken out in the villa, and his grandfather had him sent away. Since he knew nothing about the foes who committed the ma.s.sacre in the villa, he could only start with the martial arts involved with the power of lightning.

Before his foes showed up, he had already felt great pressure, which made him uneasy in his mind.

The forces hiding in the dark must be powerful enough to even eliminate the Sword Villa. If he could not cope with these bandits on the site, how could he seek revenge?

“It seems that I must improve my strength. . . ” He tried his best, but the pressure from the Blood Killer and the master of Sheya Cave were increasing beyond his capability.

He did not expect that the fight with Doukong at the White Horse Temple could trigger such a big storm that even the whole world of martial arts had been stirred. A giant vortex was constantly closing in around him.

That’s what he really wanted, but it occurred so quickly.

Even if I have improved my strength, I might not be powerful enough to threaten the hidden force? he thought in his mind, and then quickly decided, I’ll just have to improve!

If he could not even resist the striking force on the site, he would have been killed before his foes showed up. What was the significance of him hiding his actual strength?

Bzz. . .

The circulation of real vitality in his body suddenly changed and the forces swelled like a stream of water to activate the blood all over his body.

 “Er?”

The Blood Killer and the master of Sheya Cave instantly noticed the anomaly in his body and were shocked.

Whir. . . Whir. . .

There seemed to be a huge mouth open or a black hole born in his body, which madly swallowed everything. While the gale was blowing in the twisted air, blazing light appeared and rushed toward him.

At the same time, the blood and energy in his body declined at a rapid speed, which made him wilted with weak breath and dim eyesight. However, the force in his body was greatly improved at an unbelievable speed.

His body was weakening while the force was continuously enhancing, which was extremely contradictory.

Howl. . .

All of a sudden, the real vitality in his body kept surging and a dragon roar was heard.

“Onsite breakthrough?” The Blood Killer was blue in the face, but soon his eyes were filled with a cold glare. Out of his red palms seeped some blood vapor. His obese figure jumped up like a spring and swooped in on Di Hongtian with his palms.

 “Stop his onsite breakthrough!”

It was almost at the same time that the master of Sheya Cave threw himself upon Di Hongtian, instead of trying to stop the Blood Killer.

Di Hongtian didn’t expect that he could fight against the Blood Killer for such a long time. If his strength had been enhanced once again, it would be more difficult to seize the Sword Zhongfeng from him.

Howl. . .

Just as they were fighting to approach Di Hongtian, a st.u.r.dy real vitality hidden in his body like a black hole spurted out forcefully after a slight suspension.

Ping!

Pang!

The real vitality whipped at the claws of the master of Sheya Cave like a dragon tail. The ma.s.sive force sent him backwards several meters. Almost at the same time, the dragon tail smashed to stop the Blood Killer.

Howl. . .

The dragon roars kept emanating from Di Hongtian’s body.

The real vitality kept surging inside and a holy dragon was gradually formed, winding around his body, shaking its head, and flicking its tail.

The holy dragon was so vivid that its thick scales, five claws, and two horns, as well as the whiskers that were meters long, were visible. Its aggressive glare made a shiver run along two of their spines.

 “Real vitality released. . . ”

 “It’s vitality turned into reality!”

Both of them were dumbfounded at the dragon of real vitality winding around Di Hongtian.

Even the first-cla.s.s masters of martial arts, including themselves, could release the real vitality. However, only the top pract.i.tioners at extreme levels could turn vitality into reality.

“How come . . . ?” Both of them were awestruck by it.

A young man aged only sixteen could make such an incredible breakthrough to reach the extreme level of martial arts?

And it was in a flash that he made it under their noses. . .
