[Tessi"s POV]The van came to a sudden halt as the door opened. Heavy footsteps could be heard moving against gravel. I was sitting in the very corner, hiding my face with my long brown hair. Suddenly the trunk opened and the light came in followed by his voice.
"Wake up sleeping beauty." Andrew"s cheery voice said.
He was enjoying this. That b.a.s.t.a.r.d. I turned my head to look at him and he grinned evilly before reaching out for me. His rough hands grabbed my ankles and he pulled me towards him. I screamed a bit in surprise and started hitting his hard chest when he tried to bring me closer to him.
"Will you stop?" I"m trying to be nice here, but you"re not helping at all." He said, letting out a sigh and then lifted me from the ground and put me over his shoulder. He closed the door with his other and motioned for the other man, Steve was his name, to follow him.
I stayed quiet and didn"t say anything. I realized that it was no use, it was already too late. We were just outside the dollhouse and there was nothing I could do. I was defeated.
Andrew knocked on the big, wooden door three times and it opened, letting us walk inside the place I always saw in my nightmares. Everything was just like I remembered it and there on the top of the staircase stood the one and only, Correy.
I was thrown brutally on the marvel floor and I supported my body with my hands as I tilted my head up to look at Correy descending the stairs slowly and with grace. His black hair was styled perfectly, away from his face and he was wearing his usual dark blue tux along with his brand new polished shoes. His blue eyes were looking at me intently and a sinister smirk formed on his lips when he saw how scared I was. He approached us and fixed his tie, smiling down at me.
"Look what we have here. What a pleasure, Teresa." He exclaimed and I narrowed my eyes at him. His eyes moved to Andrew behind me and he shook his head disapprovingly at him.
"But Andrew, what have I told you? We never treat a lady badly." He scolded him and helped me stand up on feet only to have his palm collide forcefully with my cheek seconds later. It sent me to the floor, again.
"Unless they deserve it, of course." He finished, causing the two men to laugh. My hands were shaking, but not because I was afraid. I was angry.
"I hate you," I told him.
"You know Teresa, your words would have hurt me if I actually gave a d.a.m.n about what you feel." He replied bitterly and played with the silver ring around his finger that once belong to my father. It was the only thing I had to remind me of him and now it was gone. He noticed me staring and smiled.
"Isn"t it beautiful?"
I didn"t rely on his question.
"It belonged to someone who didn"t deserve it. This ring was for someone brave and not for weak and coward like Mason. Now it"s exactly where it should be." He said, making me even more furious.
I didn"t like the way he was talking about my father, not at all. My father was a decent man, strong and intelligent his only mistakes was that he trusted the wrong the people.
"Why are you doing this?" I asked.
"Because I"m not a good man Teresa. Actually, I"m far from it." He said with a stern face and looked above me at Andrew.
"What should we do with her now?" Andrew asked him as he pulled me up on my feet again.
"Take her to Grace, she knows what to do with her. When she"s ready to bring her back to me." Correy ordered the two men and immediately I was pushed out of the room as we started walking down a long corridor until we reached a door which read "Dolls".
